SPECIAL SCREENING
21:00 A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (USA 2014) | Kosmos 6
(Dir: Ana Lily Amirpour | Original Score: Bei Ru)

It resembles the nightmare metropolis Sin City: the fictitious Iranian ghost town Bad City. Here lives Arash together with his drug-addicted father. One night, as he roams the squalid alleys, he meets a mysterious girl – with a bloody secret… Amirpour’s great feature debut is scored live by Reverend Beat-Man and Milan Slick – an atmospheric melange consisting of guitar sounds and electronic beats.
