When will I receive a response?
The Zurich Film Festival carefully checks every successfully submitted application and reserves the right to reject accreditation. Applicants will be informed of the ZFF’s decision via e-mail. (Check your spam folder.) Please be patient. It may take a few days for your application to be reviewed. Successful applicants can pay online until September 12, 2022 or at the Industry Desk when picking up their accreditation passes.

What are the advantages of online payment?
If you pay your accreditation online until September 12, 2022 we will send your personal industry pass to the private or business address provided in your application before the festival starts. This only applies if you live or work in Switzerland.

When can I get tickets?
You can obtain tickets at the Industry Desk or book them online from September 22, 2022. A special ticket contingent is reserved for the industry.

What can I do with my Industry Pass?
